Delivery Options and Details
For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review, including credit card authorization and verification. As a result, on occasion there may be a slight delay in order processing; your patience is greatly appreciated. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable; charges include order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items.
Business days are limited to M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, not including holidays. The LT Shoe Outlet’s fulfillment center is closed for the observance of major United States holidays. Orders placed on major holidays are processed and shipped on the next business day.

When a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling charge only applies to the first package shipped. There is no additional charge for subsequent shipments for the same order.
Returns & Refund Policy
PLEASE NOTE - In case of defective and wrong merchandise are sent to you returns are free. However, since most of our products are sold at a highly discounted price merchandise returned for any reason other the defective/wrong products you will need to pay the return shipping cost.
All returns must be received within 30 days of the original shipment date. For international orders, returns must be received within 35 days of the original shipment date.
PLEASE NOTE - Returns that are received after 30th day from the shipment date will not be accepted.
All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition. The soles/bottom of shoes must be unmarked and clean in brand new condition.
Final sale items cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit. The following items are final sale items, all shoes, and boots that are on sale in our Last Call Sale section, all sale items, jewelry, hair accessories, hats, scarves, handbags, clutches, sunglasses, belts, boot cuffs, arm warmers, and any items that are under the accessory category. All sale items are final sale.
Gift Cards have no cash value and can only be redeemed for store merchandise. If applicable, all items must be returned with their original tags.
Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoe box inside another box as the original shoe box must be returned undamaged and postage-free.
Returns are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the package.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Terms & Conditions
We inspect all returns and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full credit based on the returned condition. Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial, and a 20-50% restocking fee. Please consider delivery confirmation/shipping insurance for your return/exchange package, as Traffic Shoes is not responsible for lost return packages without tracking information.

How to Make a Return
Review our criteria above and make sure the items are eligible for a return. Your return must contain the original invoice that you received with your order.
PLEASE NOTE – If you send us items that are ineligible for return we will not accept them therefore you will need to pay return shipping fees if you would like them back.
Please include the invoice you received with your package and a note with the items you are returning and include it in your package along with the item(s).
